Questions practices ask
Do we have to leave Dentally?
No. Hello Diary works alongside Dentally. Bookings go straight into your Dentally diary, and your team keeps working exactly as they do now.
How is this different from Dentally's own online booking?
Dentally's booking takes appointments. Hello Diary is built to get more of them: it tells your ad platforms which ads made bookings, follows up when a patient stops halfway, and fills gaps in the next fortnight from your waitlist and recalls.
Can patients book NHS and private appointments?
You choose exactly which appointment types, clinicians and times can be booked online, and whether a deposit is needed for each.
Where is our patient data stored?
In London. Our servers and database run in the UK (AWS and PlanetScale, eu-west-2), and we sign a data processing agreement with every practice.
Do we need a developer to set it up?
No. Connecting Dentally takes a few clicks, and pointing your booking address is one DNS record. We'll do it with you on a call if you'd like.
