Pricing questions
What counts as a clinic?
One Dentally site. A group with three sites has three clinics under one organisation: the first is full price and every extra clinic is 20% off.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Pay for the year up front and you pay for 10 months instead of 12.
Do you charge per booking?
No. You pay one price per clinic each month, however many bookings Hello Diary brings in.
Are there any other costs?
No set-up fee, and Hello Diary takes nothing from your Stripe payments. Deposits go straight into your own Stripe account, where Stripe charges its usual card fees, and ad spend is paid to Google, Meta or Microsoft as now. Text messages (SMS) are the one usage charge: each one is charged at cost.
How are texts, emails and WhatsApp messages charged?
Each clinic gets 5,000 emails and 200 WhatsApp messages a month included, which covers the reminders and follow-ups of a busy clinic. Beyond that they're charged as used. Every SMS is tracked and charged separately at cost, so you only pay for the texts that are actually sent.
How does the free trial work?
You get 30 days free on the plan you choose. We connect Dentally and set up your booking page with you, and every booking is tracked from day one.
